Our Past
POOLfection was founded in 2002 by Jason Arigoni, an American entrepreneur who recognized an opportunity in an unorganized market. As a pool owner himself, he was often disappointed with the pool care service options in his hometown of Florida. Most “pool guys” looked like they woke up, threw some tools in the back of their truck, and dumped whatever chemicals they had on hand into your pool. They were unprofessional, unreliable, difficult to contact, and inconsistent with their pool care advice.
Jason took matters into his own hands. He learned about the pool industry and got certified in pool care. He invested in a uniform and bought a van that would work as a moving billboard, clearly branded and displaying a list of pool care services and contact information. The POOLfection brand was born.
With a newly polished and friendly demeanor, he walked door-to-door, introducing himself to neighbors and building a solid roster of clients. Clients were impressed by his professionalism and the business quickly grew to a multi-van operation, then to a retail location and operations hub, and eventually multiple hub locations. After franchising, POOLfection became the largest pool, hot tub, and spa retail and maintenance network in America winning numerous awards and accolades along the way. In March 2015, more than 20 years after its humble beginnings, POOLfection opened its doors in Arizona. This marked the official beginning of POOLfection USA.

Today, Our US operations are headquartered in a 10,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art training facility and support center in Dallas, TX.
In addition to our locally-owned retail stores, our trained service technicians treat pools, hot tubs, and spas for homeowners, landlords, HOAs, hotels, and local municipalities. Our goal is to provide products and services that produce the healthiest pools for our clients to enjoy. And we deliver on that promise through extensive training, unmatched customer service, and a genuine pride in what we do.
