What is included in your pool cleaning service?
Our full-service cleaning includes brushing the walls and floor of the pool, scrubbing tiles, vacuuming (as needed), skimming, removing debris, cleaning pump and skimmer baskets, testing/balancing chemicals, and filter checks. We also ensure to clean the filter at the appropriate time to maximize its effectiveness. We also ensure to check to your equipment is operating appropriately and safely on each visit.
Do you service hot tubs and spas too?
Yes, we provide the same quality cleaning and maintenance for hot tubs and spas to keep water safe and welcoming.
Do I need to be home during the pool service?
Nope, we can gain secure access to fully service the pool without the homeowner present. We provide you with an e-mailed recap that includes pictures after each service.
What training do your technicians have?
Our technicians are fully background checked, insured, licensed, and trained on all state safety protocols for pool maintenance. All of our Team Leaders are Certified Pool Operators by the FSPA. All of our techs also undergo the CPO certification once they complete our internal training.
